Caxton House is located just two minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of skegness. A classical Edwardian seaside residence with spacious rooms, ensuite bathrooms and a private off road car-park for residents use. We are in the quieter area of South Skegness and is ideal for those seeking accommodation away from the bustle and excitement of the town, but close enough to enjoy all of the amenities of a great resort.

Several of our bedrooms have splendid views overlooking sand dunes,the beach and sea.We offer double, twin and family rooms, a family suite, and if you are looking for something a bit more special we have a balcony suite. Ground floor rooms are available for guests who are less mobile. All rooms have flat screen televisions with Free-view.

For your enjoyment and relaxation we offer our guests the use of the bright conservatory, or outdoor terraced patio area and for the cooler evenings curl up in our comfortable lounge around the fire or enjoy a drink in our newly refurbished bar

Caxton House is a member of the Tastes of Lincolnshire. We are committed to using fresh Local produce where ever possible in our meals. At breakfast we are pleased to offer local free range eggs, creamy whole milk from the local Rich Pastures farm, Oats as Porridge or Museli from the windmill at Alford, a selection of homemade preserves, along with the choice of a full english breakfast and/or lighter cereals, fruit and Youghuts.

Paul our chef changes his evening menu daily based around the local seasonal produce availiable,You may be offered wonderful creamy lincolnshire asparagus soup,free range chicken breast stuffed with local cheese and fresh herbs then finish with local grown rhubarb with crumble and Custard.
He is also happy to cater for the majority of specialised diets (for example vegetarian,vegan,gluten free,lactose intolerance) just give him a ring to discuss your needs.
