From Boston:
Enter One way system when
approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors
Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second
main turning right after rejoining two-way road. Straight over
roundabout to Skegness Pier. At Skegness Pier turn right. Straight
over Clock Tower roundabout. into South Parade (promenade). Take
second turning right and after a short distance turn left into
Drummond Road. Take third turning left into Trafalgar Avenue. Caxton
House Hotel is on the right side at the end of the avenue.

Turn right at traffic lights after Football Ground. In about 1/4
mile take first main turning left. Straight over roundabout to
