Caxton House is a member of the Tastes of Lincolnshire. We are committed to using fresh Local produce where ever possible in our meals. At breakfast we are pleased to offer local free range eggs, creamy whole milk from the local Rich Pastures farm, Oats as Porridge or Museli from the windmill at Alford, a selection of homemade preserves, along with the choice of a full english breakfast and/or lighter cereals, fruit and Youghuts.
Paul our chef changes his evening menu daily based around the local seasonal produce availiable,You may be offered wonderful creamy lincolnshire asparagus soup,free range chicken breast stuffed with local cheese and fresh herbs then finish with local grown rhubarb with crumble and Custard.
He is also happy to cater for the majority of specialised diets (for example vegetarian,vegan,gluten free,lactose intolerance) just give him a ring to discuss your needs.
